Premier Eligibility

There's one of the requirement here written "MMR - By finishing your placements at any point in your account lifetime"
I started playing in Ep 1 Act 1, but during Ep 1 Act 3 and Ep 2 Act 1, I didn't played any competitive because I usually 4 or 5 stack with my friends because most of them were gold and I was a Bronze player. I started playing ranked again from Ep 2 Act 2 until now. Does that mean my account isn't eligible to compete in Premier?
