i think that it's based on performance and results. rob moore paid a shit ton of money to build this team and in his mind this is a super team on paper. and was promised this by sykko himself. failing to put a good showing against the good teams made him think "i am paying millions for a mid table team" so sykko is done.

Doesnt seem like its a result thing, because in general sen has been getting better. Probably something about motivation and fighting with staff or something.

he was given freedom to sign players, then still ran into role issues. sacy on smokes, pancada on kj, just to make dephh call easier? why didnt he just sign a different igl then? why not sign players that can play their roles optimally from the start? why he stick with dephh so much?

from business perspective, sykko made a bad investment and simply paying the price for it, i guess. he surely aint spending millions for these results. especially when theres 4 ppl on the team that won trophy

I would say at the very least that kaplan is probably just a better coach all around. Other than that I'm not sure, but if I had to pick a head coach I would always go for Kaplan

It could be that ceo trusted sykko to build a working roster and let him decide and sign who he wants. He brought over zekken and dephh as igl also want to sign sacy and pancada. The roster probably costed a lot cause both sacy and pancada would not leave loud unless it was a lot better deal. And finding mediciocre results.
