Will Oceania , Arabia , South Asia and China will get their VCT tour slots in next year or they're gonna again join the LCQ?

Depends if they qualify from LCQ and perform really good at Champions , because they will be basically wasting a slot that a good EU or NA team deserves unless they make a 24 or 32 format like Overwatch

League has 24 teams, im very confident that we get 24 next year. its too many regions for only 16 teams

yeah, next year if they do 24 teams we could have quals for groups that smaller regions have to go through. i feel that would be alot better

riot will add china next year for sure and I think it will be massive there based on lol so the region will probs be pretty competitive. then riot should add OCE + SA as regions with one slot and include Arabia in EMEA? They could do a lan for EMEA playoffs with eu,cis,tr and arabia? what do you think?

nah they will deff keep 2 for each region and they wont give EMEA that much, 5 is max, riot wants to have enough representation from each region

I dont know take one off EMEA and give it to japan. and do 3 SEA aswell instead of 3 for Korea

Korea is just a way more advanced region in terms of skill so definitely deserve it despite playerbase

maybe but when you consider emea is massive and includes the whole of eu,cis,tr and arabia (i think should be added) and jp is way less advanced. but maybe

its not wasting a slot for every slot from india china or oceania there will be literall thousands of ppl wathcing thier team play

many small regions, if they get direct slots, 100% more teams will compete, international orgs who don't have a roster yet will try to compete in weaker regions to get an easier chance of qualifying, more investment will come as there is guaranteed representation on world scale, etc

If they do well at LCQ I think they should be rewarded a slot next year, but I think a whole change in format needs to be in place for VCT 2 - points should be rewarded at each qualifier not just finals, there's a real problem with NA teams only needing 50 points to guarantee an LCQ spot...
