she has done some extremely questionable stuff recently tbf. and shes no mCe in terms of bringing raw prospects to tier 1 val
i cant solely blame her for the results but people act like she's a good coach when she has achieved nothing
I mean she did fine up till they got to franchising. I don't know if this is a management or coaching thing but I honestly felt like they needed to make roster changes regarding their players to compete and actually try to win Americas league.
it felt like she was too attached with the old core. Why sub out BcJ (arguably the most flexible player on the team) then play Jawgemo and C0M off-role?
agree 100% i think the problem lies more with management and the questionable role changes. i dont blame potter for inovating but having C and Jawgemo arguably the 2 star players play smokes?? is just crazy lol

she benched maybe the best player on the team to put a newcomer, she has to be blamed for this lol
i give my opnions on shat i know, if they come out and say bcj wasnt confortable then i'll take it back, but for now i think she just made a dumb decision

Her problem was how she picked the line up of the rosters. Her decision to sub bcj instead of com was also questionable. Other than that, I think she was fine as a coach.
I think any finger pointing to coaches is stupid unless you actually know the inner workings of the team and where responsibilities lie. Even with conventional sports where the coaches have a far more transparent line of responsibilities like the nba with ato plays, schemes and rotations, the fans are still too braindead to actually determine what makes a good and bad coach. Tac fps coaches responsibilities and their capacity to be overruled by the players are a lot murkier and vary team-to-team.
What I don't really understand is, any other team does bad and people go for the Coach and the roster but EG has been shit now for awhile and now everyones scared to call the coach out? I''m not saying this is 100% on Potter, this current roster just feels like it doesnt mesh well together.

uhh yes, i was thinking about this for a while especially after the chaotic c9 match but i dont want to get canceled and called sexist
She actually has some very good set plays and strats but they players themselves are too mediocre to exec them properly it seems.
