yes but impossible, they will probably play on 70 ms ping or even 90 ms if they pick hongkong servers + they'll play against KR teams so pretty hard
70-80ms is totally playable. SMB played with 80ms against Acend and they won ez
but sa players are unexperience cuz they never really got to play against other regions.
I think apac lcq will be a lan in china ,so they can make valorant big in china too.
