Is Kingg the best viper ITW at this point?

All Time and currentviper stats. Guy is basically one tricking her at this point and either top rating, ACS, or KD every map it seems. Dude destroyed NRG with it and only has looked slightly bad in that fracture stomping where LEV as a whole got shit on. IMO Suygetsu is the main competition but he is for sure top 3 in my eyes.
