Is solo queuing that much harder than having a duo or a team cuz ive head people say like "ive hit plat solo queue only" and stuff acting like thats impressive.

Games can be random, but having a duo can help a bit in reducing the randomness

I play solo queue because I couldn't convince any of my friends to play with me. But I don't think it's that much difficult that playing with more people. I actually play better in solo queue than when I duo with a friend. It also helps me to reflect on my own gameplay and improving what I do as an individual instead of letting my duo do everything and analysing how they play.
Tldr: solo queue is not harder than duo queue for me
