Can you believe that people have that notion? So many people recently have been shitting on yay and denying that he was the best overall player of 2022 because he "doesn't have any major titles" and "doesn't have an MVP".
Like the logic is just non-existent there, I needed to know how valorant is able to produce such a moronic fanbase

He never was the best overall player imo. Just was the best at the most broken agent to ever exist. On top of that the whole team + the best IGL itw setting you up. But i do think he's still one of the best out there even at this moment when he's not franchised somehow

I definitely don't think fns is the greatest igl but I get where you're coming from. I just think it's absolute slander that anyone would put any other player above him for the collective of 2022. Like who would be above him with that high and consistent of a performance. The only person I'd put up there is maybe mako for his unbelievable performance on a smoker but the rest had shining runs but other than that were great at best

Oh god here we go with Mako again lmao. Shao has been better than Mako at literally every tournament + won a masters and a MVP but sure let's hype Mako up some more...

no one actually thinks that, most people just like being contrarians. it's the same with tenz haters, everyone knows he is still at least among the top 20 best players itw throughout the entire history of the game, but it's just fun to call him bad lol

Now that you say that it does make a lot of sense considering people don't want to admit positive things about those they don't like.
