was enjoying it but the thriller park saga is so boring and that moria is annoying as fuck...wtf...now i understand why it has over 1000 episodes...they run around as fuck a saga that should had like 10 episodes at the most has like 100 wtf.

i tried to watch one piece so many times and i always dropped at the beggining (like the first episodes) but now i could go on because alabasta, skypea, water 7 are good with good and deep stories..and with the special episodes it was easy to watch (keep in mind i don't really watch anime anymore in the last 4 years the only one that watch is AOT).

I never even attempted to start the anime, reading the chapters is better for me because I can knock out a couple of chapters in the time it takes to get through one episode of the anime

once you get through the really boring shit you'll enjoy it again, ik a lot of people who are caught up say wano is the peak but there are a lot of good arcs later besides wano

honestly thriller bark isnt even a bad arc its just in the middle of the peaks of enies lobby and marineford

also if u dont like one piece now u will hate it when its around dressrosa , half a day takes more than 100 episodes

i will never watch one piece bc im not about to watch an anime that literally adapts 1 chapter per episode. people hate on fillers but bad pacing is way worse than fillers cuz u can just skip fillers. i might read it in the future tho

The problem isn't the arc itself but the anime. The anime is so dragged out that even some good stories get boring sometimes.
I remember enjoying the shit out of Thriller Bark reading through the manga, but skipping the whole thing when watching the anime (I did read the manga first).

Don't watch the main anime, as @sad_gambit_fan said, watch onepace if you don't mind that it isn't always 1080p

Honestly, I always thought thriller bark as a pretty entertaining arc. But yeah the anime is just straight up shit if I’m being fair, stopped after marineford and will only pick it back up if they release all of the episodes on netflix (can speed it up and the buffering is fast so I can just go skipping ahead whenever there isn’t anything happening

1.Braindead boomers who have been reading for 20 years but are too stupid to realize its mid/bland/repitive or are in denial because of sunk cost fallacy.

2.Normies or kids who hear there are a million episodes and get excited to catch up and join the bandwagon.

Normal people on the other hand realize after a couple arcs that its mid and drop it.
