Likely, but we will see how Valve markets this game. Like they will definitely try to hop into Asian market and I think the new art direction could be more attractive for Asian audience(just assuming not saying it will). Also countries like China have ok CSGO scene to my understanding and is especially pretty big in skin trading. Riot went hard on other markets outside of west and Valve could do something similar. Especially China could become big in CS2.
