cuz there's only 1 per year and cuz it actually brings in the best teams from all around the world unlike masters which has a direct qualing system, champions has circuit points where you need to consistently get high placements to earn points in order to make it to the most "prestigious" event of the year (boom rope incident lulw)

Champs have more teams that participate, therefore winning also means you naturally have to win more games
