100T isn't our 2nd best team though, SEN, C9, EG, and 100T can all beat each other on any given day. it's a 4 way tie for 2nd best from the NA teams since it's too early to say who is definitively better.

NA has 1 S tier team and 4 A/B tier teams
BR has 1 S tier team, 1 A tier team, and 1 C tier team
LATAM has 1 S/A tier team and 1 C tier team

South America is split into BR and LATAM also, so it's good that each region has 1 really good team. but LEV is not better than NRG.

idk they looked really strong against Heretics, where pretty much no one expected them to win, but they won pretty dominantly.

they had a sad defeat to Talon 10-13, 11-13, but Talon lost to DRX 1-2 in a close map 3, so whos to say Talon isn't just a really good team? i want to see EG against the other 9 Americas teams so we can correctly gauge how good they are, but EG is looking promising

I don't think Lev is better than NRG. Assuming LOUD doesn't win the final. 2 of the 3 spots will go to South America, which to me means they carry Americas.

I thought of it as continents but in valorant it makes more sense to go by region ur right. Yes 1 NA 1 BR 1 LATAM team makes a good balance. The point is that NA will trash talk EU while NA has achieved nothing in this tournament.

well i appreciate you pointing that out. the issue though is that i wouldn't mind Brazilians using NRG as a team to root for since we're the same region, so i don't really see it as "SA carrying NA", since I wouldn't see NRG beating LOUD and then making it to finals as "NA carrying SA". I know that's impossible to prove, but you can infer from my past messages that i'm telling the truth. from my perspective we're 1 region and i'll stand by that
