Is not like Leviathan isn't on pair with NAVI, the fact is that NAVI is just aim diffing the players from LEVIATHAN an there isn't a simple way to solve it. They will need to chance the way they play to make the duels more favorable to Leviathan, but it isn't easy to change that quickly
