Well what if they make it to grand final in all 3 tournaments this year? I’d still keep boaster in that case
As a fnatic fan I will have to agree that if Boaster does not get at least to grand finals this year it's over
they will never get over the hump and win a trophy, I love Boaster but he doesn't have the hunger to win like Loud, 100t, NRG, Navi, Liquid.
Their expectations for lock in should be to get to the match vs 100t and put up a good fight.

if not then Mini and probably Boaster as well can kiss their jobs goodbye
minimum top 8 in lock in
minimum top 4 in master
minimum top 4 in champions
minmum one grand finals lock in/master/champs
Anything else than winning champions or at the very least 1 masters trophy and good performances in all international tournaments will be a huge dissapointment which means its over for Boaster/Mini in FNC. This roster has 4 players that are legit contenders for best player in the world title so anything else than the best is a failure in my eyes
at least a deep run in LOCK//IN, finals for masters, and a trophy for champs
Thankfully they added the two coldest players in EMEA. Literally never seen Leo/Chronicle underperform.
So they can balance out a sudden Derke-esque disappearance.
It was so funny watching Derke crumble and perform much below the standards he made for himself after destroying during previous matches. As soon as the pressure goes high, he just disappears. While alfajer, a 17 year old that had his first big LAN performed so much better when the pressure was on.

The team is stacked so crazy, and this is a deliberate approach they've constantly gone for after every tournament pretty much. The pressure is on, and I personally don't know if mini and boaster are built to deal with the weight of the sentiment floating around the scene and this thread of "if they don't do X, they're done".
They're both great at what they do, but it's results time. We'll see how they fare, I wish them and the whole team the best. They should be destroying most other teams, but this is Valorant, and almost anything can happen. Opposition are REALLY gonna want that dub against a team like this too.
Who would be a better pick up for Fnatic, if they were to drop boaster? Like free agent wise idk if there are better or even good options out there tbh. Unless they can steal one of the other top tier igl's who are already in partnership.
Trophy this year and a very high placing in ALL 3 LANs this year or the coach needs to be booted, and FNC need to bring in an assistant coach and an analyst all year long. The lack of coaching staff compared to other S tier teams is laughable.
