They're not removing the russian flags ffs, the players can chose if they want to keep the russian flag or not. Some do, some don't
Only Na'Vi didn't allows their players to represents Russia's flag because Na'Vi hq got destroyed in Kyiv. The rest teams like koi, giants, liquid and etc. All good

liquipedia had a request from NAVI to abstain the flags of shao and suygetsu out of their own want, lp complied to their wishes and we followed suit to respect the wishes of the players. please dont talk without context
I think shao and suygetsu asked to play in neutral-non country flag. Nats for example still has Russian flag cause he didnt demand it
some of players and coaches are asking vlr or liquipedia for taking international flag for them as a non-representative player.
shao, suygetsu, Duno, dinkzj (Sadge), Marchi, Steady did switch to that.
also by default players that are showing up first time in vlr get international flag
