I want to make a really good feijoada today, never done it before, can you go ask your mom or avó what their secret ingredients are?
So far I gather it's just a black bean stew with different cuts of meat. I'm doing beef, pork, bacon, sausage, onions, garlic, bay leaf, and I even got cassava flour to finish it on top. It seems kind of basic and all the recipes online are americanized, so thought I would ask the pros what else I could do to make it even better!!
