VCT stream UI

Almost all VCT match has the vct ui used in masters and main events but in EU b stream they still don't use vct UI, even SEA and NA b streams use VCT UI but not EU. Why so?

Does it really matter what UI they use

Low production? Maybe they dont observe it in studio
