But ATM, if you held a gun to my head I'd say:

The Best EMEA team is likely better than the Best America's team, but

The worst EMEA team is likely worse than the worst America's team, and

America's have more good teams than EMEA.

~3/4 out of EMEA, 6 out of America's. But again, those top 3 from EMEA are all top 5 teams globally. That the only thing I feel comfortable ranking.
