The main issue for DFM is that the players on CR will never willingly leave since the org is so popular - it's like choosing to leave KOI/KC - so that removes half the players you listed.
Now that Meiy is off the table, the team still needs a duelist player, but who would they even pick up? JP has a shortage of duelist players which is why even teams in the VCL choose to import KR/RU players, messing up the comms.

Dropping Seoldam, Suggest, and Anthem and picking up SyouTa is a good start but I genuinely don't know where they would go from there. Maybe test CLZ as the primary duelist?

I think people are just saying that they could do a better management when choosing players and that CR is way more solid than DFM.
Xnfri is a great player but I do not see this team going far with language barrier with players who lack AIM, for example, teams prefer to have a Insane russian duelist to play great but in compensation they will have a language barrier.
But somehow DFM choose to have a language barrier and still did not picked insane players at all, that's why people are mad.
Language barrier is something that really fucks a team, especially, the lurker player since lurker player needs to understand everything that's going on to lurker decent. Language barrier really fucks to play at highest level.
This language issue is going to happen but they could atleast override this problem with AIM diff. (that failed, because seoldam is not at high level anymore, reita is not insane iniciator at all but he is IGL ok, suggest seems to be struggling with abilities usage timing maybe cuz language issue, anthem was lost to play lurker, xnfri was the only one OK)
