If you look at the watchparty they held inside the RIOT studios , they were p loud there so i expect same in Tokyo masters
I hope that Riot doesn't say shit and expect BR to cheer in a way we don't. I like to see people going crazy, screaming, and not clapping with the sticks thing...
In the middle of the week and at 2 PM (people studying/working), it might happen, but not after 5 PM. Most days are sold out.
It's not Riot's fault, in JP's case it's the government's regulations. I assume BR doesn't have such measures?
Not anymore, not even masks are required anymore. I think it will be fine. You can only travel to Brazil if you are vaccinated and most people here have 2 or 3 shots already.

Prior to May 8 a cheering its still allowed as Partial, somehwat 50% capacity (Major notable events outside esports benefitting the partiai lift being Wrestle Kingdom and HololiveFest for example)
