Apparently, they weren't aloud to scream dude to COVID regulations and that's being lifted for masters.
Kinda feel bad for them because they were getting shit-talked because of the way they celebrated

I hope that Riot doesn't say shit and expect BR to cheer in a way we don't. I like to see people going crazy, screaming, and not clapping with the sticks thing...

In the middle of the week and at 2 PM (people studying/working), it might happen, but not after 5 PM. Most days are sold out.

It's not Riot's fault, in JP's case it's the government's regulations. I assume BR doesn't have such measures?

Full Crowd Cheer allowed from May 8 onward (Masters happened after this lift date)

Prior to May 8 a cheering its still allowed as Partial, somehwat 50% capacity (Major notable events outside esports benefitting the partiai lift being Wrestle Kingdom and HololiveFest for example)

Not anymore, not even masks are required anymore. I think it will be fine. You can only travel to Brazil if you are vaccinated and most people here have 2 or 3 shots already.

im not even going to debate this lol. you clearly have social awareness of a donut if you think the reason japanese people are so strict is because they "recognize the importance of everyone doing their part to keep their community safe"
also, if you wanna talk shit for no reason, atleast research the statistics first and learn how the cor*na virus works. + yes, stop being a pussy and acting like screaming is gonna end your life
