How popular are reality shows in your country?

Here, big brother Brasil is in it's 23rd edition and literally the entire country watches it, and if you don't watch you will hear about it everyday you wanting or not, biggest audience in any television channel ever, kinda crazy for me how people like to watch other people lives like that. Just wanted to know how popular is this in other countries

Some shows like Big Boss are really popular in India among all age group, especially adults. While shows like Splitsvilla ans Roadies are really popular among teens and young adults. Overall id say 6,7/10

we have our own rendition of big brother called - Big Boss and each of their own franchises in their respective primary languages just based on how popular the celebrities are in their own circles. It garnered 600 million lifetime viewers. Which is fucking insane
