what did yall think of his performance during the event? Is he an upgrade from saya?

if chamber ever comes back in play then upgrade but as a duelist minor downgrade

not necessarily an upgrade from saya but looked way more consistent than how he did like a year ago. Won't ever be the reason the guard lose a series which is all you can really ask for.

saya's better but he's a good replacement imo

His raze looks good, his awping looks good, but his Jett rifling needs work

he just need more time on jett and he'll be good, tex has always been a greater awper.

as raze and awping yes, on jett not even close.

I wouldnt call him an upgrade but hes not a far downgrade, no disrespect. Tex is good but saya is better

He seems pretty decent ngl, saya prob way better tho

everyones talking about his downgrade as a player, which is accurate, but the communication upgrade is pretty significant. having all native English speakers/someone who fully meshes culturally will significantly contribute to their ability to pivot and become better since, by default, synergy will be better and they'll have someone who can communicate new ideas just as effectively as they can. which isn't a rag on saya at all, it is literally just a language barrier thing
