with franchised teams being out for a while now, I think its time to update the vlr leaderboards.

Instead of having separate KR, JP, CN, OCE and APAC leaderboards, just merge them all into 1 asia leaderboard.

Same for Americas, instead of having separate BR, NA, LA-S and LA-N leaderboards, merge them all into 1.

Same goes for the EU leaderboard and the MENA leaderboard. Just merge them for simplicity's sake.

If there is too much empty space, make the leaderboards show top 20 or top 25 instead of top 10.
