Pearl; How

How the fuck do you win on Pearl, I can't play this map for the life of me.

I tried cypher and was somewhat successful for like 2 days, then completely useless. Tried viper and playin retake B but failed miserably.

It's my worse map at 20% WR (2-8), do you guys have any tips on how to play it properly?

EDIT: Defense is where it all goes wrong, attacking side goes alright

playing astra makes your life 10000% better on pearl

viper is insufferable and unfun
on astra you can get some p good lurks too if you play off util correctly i went like 9-2 playing only astra on pearl

Plant spike and do lineups

in pro teams:
attack: push mid con on ecos, walk down b long on anti-eco, split a on gun rounds
defense: retake b(esp if astra wall exists), usually running 4v5 since chamber gets a pick and gets out. Hold mid and don't push out since mid tiny.

Team comp: Astra Sage Kayo Fade Killjoy/chamber(pre nerf)
Sage is insane for B takes and retakes and all pro teams should use her

astra and fade are a must, raze/kayo for nade/flashes, reyna flash to throw off cringe angle holders.

Go B long
Tap head
TP out
Re-peek site
Kill others
Go A this time
Repeat from tap head

play fade. on defense play art. just be smart about when to use your scan dont waste it.

Fade actually makes the retakes for a and b so much easier. Her haunt can actually be thrown in spots where it can scan the whole site on a and long on b ot b site. Then you can use a prowler elbow. Viper is so difficult on Pearl to be honest, I've never do e well with her. It does help the team with your wall b or the orb on a. However I play in low elo so this might not work for your rank.
