Liquid and Giants are most likely B tier. Other than that, it's a reasonable tier list.

Liquid absolutely have a shot at making Berlin, but they seem way too inconsistent for me to believe that they are guaranteed a spot though.
It's mainly because of Challengers 1. It's also my lack of faith in Liquid.
Because Liquid looked like they peaked in the qual for Berlin. And the problems they had back in Iceland, it doesnt look like they found a good solutions for them yet. I know u r a liquid fan but no one's hating on liquid i swear, just some observations.
