tbh it should be americas just looking at the rosters so far
because in emea u have teams like FUT BBL and k.corp (not as much as fut or bbl) who have decent teams but are losing against t2 emea teams
and looking at americas i can only see 1 team who look kinda bad and that is MIBR , people might say EG but i dont think they will be bad
but i can see liquid and fnatic performing better than C9 and NRG

Talent wise I think Americas is spread evenly while EMEA and Pacific have like 2-3 teams which are not as good as the others. But I think Emea has stronger and well rounded teams compared to America.
