PSG and Man City will never get punished because they aren’t real football teams anymore , there forms of soft power from countries in the Middle East. This means that if UEFA tried to ban PSG or City it would be impossible to win or outright retarded to even try to win because they are not in legal battle with a billionaire or a financial group rather a whole country.
