i stopped taking melatonin after about 2 months straight. have slept probably 2 hours past 3 days

a reply from someone else is what i agree with "Regardless of what studies say nobody should get into the habit of taking melatonin to sleep every single night. Once that happens you'll mentally start to believe you can only sleep using it and that's a slippery slope to go down."
