Not even. They wanted PROOF that riot banned them to overturn the result, which is physically incapable of happening unless you record for hours on end.

When you report someone for cheating it doesnt tell you who gets banned, only that it was someone you reported. Naturally, admins dont know better as to who got banned. Asking Riot support does nothing too: I had a team reach out to me in all this and they said that Riot couldn’t tell them the player who got banned for privacy purposes.
