OWL players are 90% koreans??

i was watching the OWL and i thought it was NA vs ASIA but when i look at the rosters its like 90% Koreans? is there a reason for this?
the strongest team Dallas Fuel is 100% korean lol

more koreans play the game and they have better infrastructure and esports culture that allows them to get really good and there are no import rules
NA have gotten stronger this year tho, there's been a lot of NA talent coming in who's been playing really well and EU have london who are really good and placed high despite being a nearly full eu team that people thought were gonna be dogshit
