Why esports salaries n buyouts arent transparent

In traditional sports you can always find all the info easily from player salary to the buyout and clauses but in esports orgs always hide all the info

I bet most people would like to know how much orgs are paying their players , when they make an offer for a player how much they offered and when a deal is done how much the org ended up paying

not always in sports alot of deals are undisclosed.
Just like sports though the figures normally come out after a while

Salaries would be interesting would really highlight some of the shady orgs

probably it is mentioned in contracts to not disclose
