There are these cracked kids but their shitty orgs dont give them chance to play and rather look for immediate success rather than building talent .
Its funny because an Indonesian org gave more chance to PH young pros than their own shitter orgs .
PH scene reminds me of Indian scene where all washed pros are playing and orgs look for immediate success rather than building talent and scouting

Indian scene kinda evolving. GE leaving their trash, Enigma also kicking the washed CS pros, only Velocity is sticking but I heard they are bankrupt so maybe they will leave on their own

yeah i think they start doing quite ok now but they still dont invest that much in building talent and i often see similar faces . Also seeing an increasing numbers of imports in Indian orgs but thats not how you grow your home talent

the cracked kids are playing in t5 ph scene. they are not given the chance to play in a high level. ithink top teams choose to take experienced players rather than build experience with younger talents. just look at jremy
