Astra is what viper should

there is no point in having viper when you have astra. Viper was implemented for team created a mind game and control a area. Astra do that job much better, since you have global power and it's much easier to fake. She has more smokes, she can get their ability back to her pocket.

Just add another fucking smoke to the character. Boom. Done. Viper becomes great. C'mon just so obvious what they have to do. And of course remake that wall into something usefull, that wall sucks ass.
