What happens when a team wins ascension?

Is the spot given to the org or to the players?
Can the org just drop all the 5 players and get new ones?
Can the 5 players choose to represent another org?

They wanna prank riot
They r gonna win ascension and then pickup tier 2 players

org, but there's poaching rules for ascension teams so they can't just snatch up parts of their team if they want to help protect that team and let it actually compete in vct for following year

technically someone could leave a team if they wanted cuz yk they can just do that LOL but if your org just qualified to franchising and beat out every single other T2 team, and a lot of em will be stacked, don't see why they would leave and not just compete on that partnered team

When a team win ascension, that "ascension win" are entitled to the team/the players itself (at least the 3 main core). So, when a team with org win ascension league, the org can't just get rid all of their player.
