Is Bob a world class player?

Or at least Tier 1 NA? Bob is statistically the best player of GC as of now. So I was wondering if y'all think that Bob deserves to be in Ascension or something.

Bob actively played on soniqs all through their time in NA until she switched to GC, and was consistently one of the better players on that t1.5-t2.5 team. I don't see why bob couldn't do well in ascension, but I doubt that she would tear up the scene like she is in GC.

A world class player or even a tier 1 player? Not yet. I feel like I've improved a lot since benching myself on Soniqs but there isn't anything to back up how much I've gotten better because of the lack of quality tournaments to compete in.
