To answer why GE is going international and will have only 1 indian in P5
these are GE's Indian roster's problem . am i wrong ??

1) KAPPA their sova/fade main has not reached radiant even once in whole lifetime (tracker stats : Current - Imm2 115RR , Peak Immo 475RR)
Leave ranked - he's inefficient in trading + 33 Y/O so peak wont some + boomer

2)HELLRANGER their IGL - breach abuser + dont like to take fight , whiffs a lot , good analyst + bad IGL (acc to APAC level )

3- SKILLZ - their smoker - has his peeks and his lows (can aim like tenz on a good day , like immo 1 on a bad day ) , + almost 27 so not as cracked + has less game sense (acc. to me might be wrong)

4- LIGHTNINGFAST - their entry/flex - dont know how to play neon (only plays raze /kay/o/flex) , little inconsistent sometimes , have proved in himself in india , but against APAC , only 1 memorable performance . has less game sense (acc. to me might be wrong)

5-SKROSSI - main oper/jett - probably their best player , top 5 opers in SEA. overpeeks a lot with chamber , bad decision making , throws 3 v 1 , 3 v 2 situation by peeking . plays chamber like jett. (((potentially part of playing 5)))

5- KOHLII - was a replacement of kappa , not gotten any chances on team , + in uni 1st year (asian parents).

6 - COACH Eraser - big clown , took Kohlii in trails as he was the best team player , sova/fade main , now says 3 months later , he's not a good team player. What more to expect from a ex-fortnite pro 🤡 🤡 🤡

True have not seen any good strategy change since eraser came in except ascent 3 initiator comp .
They trailed EWOK before he joined ONIC , but GE rejected him / EWOK rejected GE , REASON - unknown

Kappa:- I agree he is quite old for the scene now and have reflex issues but can't say about LAN things because he is the most experienced player for LAN in GE 10 Man Roster.
Hellranger:- Ya his IGL is good only in SA region but Aim is quite bad.
Skillz:- Can't say about skillz for now because he has proved himself twice in LCQ but has failed to deliver in recent tourneys.
LFG:- Most underrated players but quite inconsistent can be playing 5 tho depending upon his form.
SKROSSI:- Must be in playing 5. The man has got lot of potential and hasn;t got chance to prove on international LAN.
Eraser:- Should be changed.

rossi and lf can really pop off in the right system
ayrin signing is insane , wornski signing means someone from rossi or lf lose their job if wronski plays his usual chamber , jett role
as far as coaching is concerned eraser is unlikely going to be the head coach(maybe assistant coach) , flynn reported that GE management has been in talks with coaches from NA
also 2-3 players are still to be announced so it does look positive and GE management has been clear that they want to build a winning roster so there is no place and tolerance for complacency and mistakes

Having mutiple drafts for a map is beneficial, like on some maps wronski or LF can be the entry and rossi on some, also they can switch the 6th player with LF or rossi for some maps

Tbh their coach isn't bad at all. He works on the fundamentals and have the courage to come up with new comp and strats. Regarding kohli matter , kohli was just supposed to be a 6 month intern. So they conducted the trial acc to that which basically inclued ; a player with high skill ceiling plus with room to grow -kohli fitted that description perfectly .

They not gonna win for sure they will have to make several iteration of there roster after tournaments to actually put together a winning roster, which will take time.

They should also consider replacing the current coaching staff and should get a psychologist for the team.
