eu 10 teams while na and br share?

Do people agree with eu, the 4th best region at champs having a whole 10 slots at champs while the most competitive regions (br and na) barely have any?
I see that mf Russ on trial for BBL in eu but we got players like Marved missing franchising in America...

1. I think EU has like very good 5 teams after that it kinda falls off
2. same goes for NA with only 4-5 teams
3. BR was only LOUD, maybe old NIP
4. Latam have done good performances and both teams got the slot
5. Also I think EU teams which are going for t2 players should go for Imports Instead coz most of them will be English speaking teams
6. no way marved didn't get any offers he is probably hiding some crazy move or just not competing anymore

The biggest fact: franchising isn't done based on performances, none of the regions is bad its about spectator numbers, league locations and riot's business
