Roster announcements

Since the first roster lock is in 4 days on the 15th I assume there will be a lot of teams who have to announce their (temporary) roster by that date so can we expect teams like NaVi, C9, NRG, Liquid, Sentinels and Fnatic to announce their roster?

i don't think navi gonna announce because cned will play with acend on superdome tourney
