Why are most of the signed players not announced yet by NA orgs? The whole NRG roster, yay and zellsis on C9 etc. have been confirmed by George so long ago! What are they waiting for? Do they just not lose the hype potential by waiting so long?

yes but they have to announce all their signings before that cz it's semi-official once the name are on the website. Why would they saturate all the announcements in between 3-4 days?

They don't have to announce anything, they could literally just turn up to the server with the players. Org's aren't required to make public announcements of their players, they just do because, why wouldn't you

They just aren't under a time restraint or anything

Who said they have to? But you want tell me esports orgs have these massive teams of graphic designers ,animators, videographers etc to just not make cool videos about their biggest signings and farm impressions on social media?

I agree with you, I'm surprised C9 has kept us waiting for so long considering yay has been the worst-kept secret of the offseason

NRG is understandable, probably waiting for contracts + Ardiis visa
SEN is pretty much the same as NRG with them possibly signing Sacy & pancada, but dephh is pretty confirmed at this point
EG have nothing to announce lol

That shouldn't take this long tbf. Zekken's teaser was just a cool animation of neon, no montage or anything. If they cram all the signings and TenZ's renewal into one video I am gonna be so pissed!

When the names go on the riot website it's basically official announcement and you lose the surprise factor, they already lost a lot of it with the leaks.
