GC Rosters

i’m curious, wasn’t there something that came out a while ago by George that said partnered teams will be required to field game changers rosters? I could be wrong but i’m pretty sure that was a thing and if so when will we see these rosters start to form? don’t really watch game changers unless c9 white or misfits black are playing but i would definitely watch a sen black team

I know that franchised teams were supposed to have acad teams but recently it was said they wouldn’t be allowed to field acad teams. Not sure if that’s the same for gc.
