sen clout didnt even get that much bigger after singing tarik tbh, tarik doesnt really have that many "fans", tenz has obsessive fans who would do anything and after he joined sen they became hardcore sen fans but not the same with tarik because he's just a content creator who feels disattached from the competitive roster, It doesnt even feel like hes in sen
unfortunately you're wrong, this work ethic happens rarely and you already know how most orgs have been releasing these players.
1 out of 2 or 3 lft posts are players or coaches learning about the signing or releasing the same day or hardly thw one before, while on the other hand the leak would be a week old already....
they always say " the org has let me know today that i'm leaving...... it was a shock..."
it's just how they work, not a good way but happens quite often
Sadly this isnt just sentinels thing. Most players that got dropped from big teams found out literally after the deal goes through fully and george usually report right away as soon as deal is done. NRG players found out the same way :( Its just bad side of esports sadly but this is what usually happens during rostermania

you surely understand that NRG didn't take the decision and explain it to their players the same day right?
it's unfortunate that sen's news got leaked but that isn't the org's fault, it could've been the same with any org, still sucks for the player to know through a leak account but maybe they weren't 100% sure yet or smth

you guys are overreacting, the article says set to acquire not singed dephh and zekken and it's a leak, they are probably going to let him know when they make the final decision of signing dephh and zekken, i feel like since the org itsslf hasn't made any announcements and even so the article kinda confirmes it it is still a leak and not how someone should know about it, but again it's not SENTINELS that's doing that it's everyone.
it feels weird having to defend sentinels man, but even we as players were expecting this, i doubt he didn't. At the end of the day the official announcement isn't out yet, maybe they're doing something for a goodbye for him idk
my point is maybe they just made the final decision to sign those replacements and it got leaked right away leaving the org no chance to tell the players properly.
SEN has farmed all the clout and benefitted from it but now they act like they are holier than thou. Every team would go to TX for bootcamp and SEN would bring them there for content shooting. Shahz did a lot of things wrong and players get dropped all the time but the org can't act like they are not responsible for the mess.
It is not unprofessional for SEN to shop for possible players that'll be better than Shaz. It is an article that says the sentinels are set to sign dephh and zekken. The deal is not done; therefore, he is not actually replaced yet. Shaz had to know the possibility of being replaced due to the sentinels literally not catching up to the meta, no strats, etc. You think shaz going on twitter saying he's sorry for not taking accountability for the failures and criticism means everything is well and his job is secured? Hell no, either play better or your job is not safe. Guy can become full time content creator now or maybe join EG.
