what are superteams exactly?

like what makes loud a superteam and why wasn't optic one?

LOUD was a superteam because it was a team made of the best players in each respective role from Brazil

Optic at the time it was created was absolutely not.

• Yay (AT THE TIME) was not the best Jett who would later become the best Chamber and possibly even player
• Marved and Victor were unproven at the time
• FNS and Crashies are the only ones you can really make arguments for and FNS lacks firing power and Crashies was in contention for top initiator, but wasn't fully recognized
• This team BECAME good by working with each other and developing and adapting with each other

Sure now people can argue that they were a super team, but they became #1 together so all of them are going to be considered top in each of their respective roles because of the attention they bring to themselves.

Superteam is a team where every player is consistent, can frag and is reliable. They can put up numbers and be consistent in simplest words.

Optic wasn't a superteam because while the team was good, Yay was the only consistent player, sure the other players popped off here and there and marved was consistent but the others didn't keep up with how good Yay was.

Take LOUD, the improvement they showed throughout the year shows why they're called a superteam. Everyone on their team can frag when needed, Sacy, Aspas, Less, Pancada and saadhak have been really good. However they're only close to a superteam, not exactly a superteam yet. Pretty sure a few more things to figure out for them.
