Whats the Difference between Unrestricted Free Agent and Restricted Free Agents
RFA needs buyout, UFA doesnt
they are bound by contract which can be released by paying money to the org they contracted
Here : Yay is Restricted free agent, C9 offer him a contract, IF Optic can match that contract, Yay will still remain their player
