HK/TW, VN players

uhmmm.... i think we are starting to forget that they exist. i hope they can find their team soon whether it is t1/t2

i thought that the HK org, talon, would be centered in that region but ig not

hopefully though i dont really see any of them making franchising (unless its only 1 player)

they might not get spots at start but as they perform good in regional leagues they diff definitely get picked up by t1 teams
