Why does T1 have to play against a fresh Faze after just playing an exhausting Bo3?

honestly i feel like most of the time, the team that has played right before the match usually plays better idk why but thats what ive seen

i mean fnatic lost to VGIA and had to play BDS after a 4 hour series and still somehow won its not unfair if its done in all regions lol, in total they played 8 hours of straight competitve play with 30 mins max break
