Subs in franchised teams

If teams are only allowed to do roster changes during certain periods then having a sub is a must for teams right

if that's true good move. we get 60 players in t1 instead of 50

yeah but 10 of them are in limbo so essentially the players closest to tier 1 will not get good practice and so fall off to tier 2 again
