Subs in franchised teams

If teams are only allowed to do roster changes during certain periods then having a sub is a must for teams right

there was another thread talking about possibly having a six player requirement for each team? idk if it’s reliable

yeah but 10 of them are in limbo so essentially the players closest to tier 1 will not get good practice and so fall off to tier 2 again
