Are the teams like forever? or will they get replaced after some time?

Not forever, maybe 4 years, but they don't have to pay any money for that slots so I assume Riot can kick them out anytime
If a team break the rule and regulation
In 4 years partnerships will be renewed so new terms could replace old ones
They can be removed if they can't meet the set standards of riot, otherwise its 4 years ig
