Optic Situation

Can someone explain me what exactly happen to Optic?

What I understood is: Viktor and Crashies contract with Optic expired so they decided to FA, while FNS, Marved, Yay and Chet contract still have some time, so they stayed.
Is that right? So if Viktor and Crashies renew the contract, Optic will still have the same line even if it's competing out of franchises?

I feel bad for them, that was a good rivalry. I hope that they can reunite again in another org, if not gl to all of them in their future orgs.

Thats the thing, they probably wont renew because ti makes more sense to go to a partnered team than to risk it through ascension, and even if they make it, they would make less money than otherwise

I love seeing the support from Loud fans to us grieving Optic fans. Our rivalry was the best there was, it was fun while it lasted!

im so sad for optic. i still believe an partner org will buy them as a team. its not possible that orgs will ignore the most consistent and possible better team of 2022. its nuts. its unthinkable
